The Toricxs Skin Engine

Let's collect what we all know about skins. A Skin is used to make a program look better. You must download a skin and tell the program that it was made for to use it. After a few weeks you have to go back to a skin download page and have to try to find another skin that looks a bit like you expect a good skin to look like. Hmm.
So you are dependent from those people, these 'designers' who create the skins with their expensive graphics programs and knowledge they gained through studying or from frieds who studied.
This was going on for years, but then, yes then a guy came along, I think he's called 'Louis' (don't know exactly, later click on 'The Team' to find it out) who is DJ and who hates school...
And this guy said: "Damn! I want to create my own skin!!!".
And then he programmed the Toricxs Skin Engine that allowed from now one everybody to create his own personal skin, and even to exchange this skin with friends...
